Driver recruitment is the main problem currently facing the bus industry. To combat this, First in the West Of England asked us to devise a campaign to help out. We wanted to highlight the fact that, no matter who you are, if you're over 18 and have a driver's licence, you can start on £27k+ a year! Simple and proving to be very effective.
