A campaign to highlight the major changes First were making to tickets in the West of England. With new flat fare zones and ticket prices coming, our task was to communicate the changes to new and existing customers while encouraging them to switch to mobile ticketing. To do this we came up with a hard-hitting campaign visual that was sure to get noticed. We then created easy-to-read ticket guides, outdoor 6 sheets (both static and digital), social media graphics and press ads, all highlighting the major changes with a link to the vanity URL as well as the hashtag #movetomobile.
